Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. 

The time frame for order delivery:

• Processing time:  All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after the order is placed. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or amend order details you can do it within 1 hour of placing the order using the links on the "Thank You" page or via order confirmation email which will be sent to you immediately after purchase.

• Shipping time:  If you buy several different products, they might be dispatched from different warehouses and will arrive separately and at different times. Below is our average shipping time.
